Taper OD Bearings for Sheet Metal and Aluminium Housings

Thin housings make interference fits hard to hold. Aluminium grows more than steel as it warms up. Taper OD bearings are built for both headaches.

The flange keeps the bearing in place in thin sections and in aluminium housings that expand at temperature. The taper eases fitting in the first place.

The F5ZZ has a 0.3125 inch bore and 0.6882 inch OD. The range also includes the F3ZZ at 0.1875 inch bore and the F4ZZ at 0.25 inch.

Can be customised for higher speeds, heavier loads or specific contamination levels.
