1/4 Inch Bore Zirconia Ceramic Bearing R4 Size

The CCZR-R4 is an inch size full ceramic bearing measuring 0.25 x 0.625 x 0.196 inch. It is made from zirconium dioxide, so there is nothing in it to corrode.

A sealed version, CCZR-R4-2PKS, shares the same envelope. For the larger 0.75 inch OD pattern, look at the CCZR-R4A open and CCZR-R4A-2PKS sealed versions.

ZrO2 imperial bearings weigh around 70 per cent of a steel bearing. They are hard, smooth and can run unlubricated, which is handy where low turning resistance matters. PEEK cages come as standard from stock, rated to 250°C, with C3 radial play fitted as standard.
