PVDF Plastic Bearings for Swimming Pool and Chlorinated Water

Chlorine eats a lot of bearing materials. PVDF does not. It resists water, saltwater and chlorine, which is why PVDF bearings are a common choice for swimming pool equipment.

PVDF is non-magnetic and electrically insulating, with a working range of minus 50°C to 150°C.

Keep loads and speeds light. Plastic expands and contracts more with temperature than metal, so allow for it in the design.
