Non-Magnetic 1 Inch Bore Full Ceramic Bearing

The CCZR-R16 is the largest in the inch size zirconia range. It measures 1.0 x 2.0 x 0.375 inch open, with the sealed CCZR-R16-2PKS at 0.5 inch wide.

ZrO2 is not magnetic and it does not conduct, so this bearing suits kit where stray fields or current paths are a problem. It is also extremely water resistant, which makes it a regular in marine work.

Full complement versions load up about 20 per cent higher but give away up to 90 per cent of their top speed. Caged versions with PEEK are the usual stock choice.

Load and speed data sit on the technical drawing for each part. Run well under the maximum figures for sensible bearing life.
