Lightweight Imperial Plastic Bearings for Chemical Handling

Plastic bearings earn their keep where metal would corrode or degrade. Wet areas, chemical dosing and aggressive washdowns are prime territory.

The ACR8-316 is a 0.5 x 1.125 x 0.25 inch bearing with acetal rings, nylon cage and 316 stainless balls. The glass ball ACR8-GL is the non-magnetic alternative.

Acetal gives exceptional corrosion resistance and the whole bearing weighs a fraction of a steel part. Standard operating range is minus 30°C to 100°C.

Load and speed data are on the technical drawings. Stay well under the maximum ratings and they will last.
