Inch Size 316 Stainless Bearings with PEEK Cage for 250 Degrees
Product Code: S316-R12
The standard polyethylene cage and seals on a 316 bearing tap out at 80°C. Swap to PEEK or PTFE and the same bearing will run up to 250°C.
The S316-R12 is a good example: 0.75 x 1.625 x 0.3125 inch open, with the sealed S316-R12-2PES at 0.4375 inch wide.
Open full complement 316 bearings go further still, from minus 200°C to 500°C, though load capacity falls away at those extremes.
