Food Grade Lubricated Stainless Steel Bearings for Washdown

Food and drink equipment gets hosed down day in, day out. Stainless steel bearings are the standard answer, and SMB Bearings can supply them with food grade lubricants.

The S6004-2RS, 20x42x12mm with rubber contact seals, is a typical choice. The range covers shafts from 10mm to 50mm.

Water resistant, chemically resistant and high temperature greases are all available too. With the right high temperature lubricant, these bearings will withstand up to 300°C.

All lubricant changes are handled in the UK relubrication facility.
