F4ZZ Taper OD Flanged Miniature Bearing 1/4 Inch Bore

The F4ZZ is a shielded miniature bearing with a slightly tapered outer ring, a flange and an extended inner ring. Bore is 0.25 inch, OD 0.6257 inch, outer width 0.226 inch and inner width 0.25 inch.

The taper makes it easy to press into sheet metal or aluminium. The flange locates it and stops it walking under thrust loads. The wider inner ring removes the need for spacers or washers.

Standard material is SAE 52100 chrome steel, good for 120°C constant or 150°C intermittent. Some sizes are available in stainless.

Not for corrosive environments in chrome.
