ACR4-GL Inch Plastic Bearing 1/4 Inch Bore with Glass Balls

The ACR4-GL is an inch size plastic bearing measuring 0.25 x 0.625 x 0.196 inch. Rings are acetal, the cage is nylon and the balls are glass.

Glass balls make it completely non-magnetic, so it sits comfortably next to sensitive instruments. It is also non-conductive, blocking electrical current where insulation matters. The ACR4-316 uses 316 stainless balls with only minimal magnetism.

Tolerances are wider than precision metal bearings, similar to 316 marine grade parts. That makes it a low precision, low load component, and a very good one in the right place.

There is also a 0.75 inch OD ACR4A pattern if you need a bigger outer diameter.
