1/8 Inch Bore Instrument Bearing for Gyros and Flow Meters

Miniature bearings get called instrument bearings for good reason. They sit inside gyros, anemometers and flow meters where smooth, consistent rotation is everything.

The R2-5ZZ measures 0.125 x 0.3125 x 0.1406 inch, shielded. The open R2-5 is 0.1094 inch wide. Other 0.125 inch bore options include the R2-6, R2 and R2A.

Shielded bearings are normally greased. For low speed, low friction instruments, they can be supplied with instrument oil instead.

The smallest inch size miniature bearings are stainless only, as the cost difference is tiny at that size.
