Free templates tend to cover risks you do not have and miss the ones you do. They name roles that do not exist in your business and promise arrangements you are not actually running. Assessors pick up on that quickly.
There is a bigger issue too. If something goes wrong on site, a policy that does not reflect what you really do is no protection at all.
