Expect to show most of the following:
A health and safety policy signed and dated by a director. Health and safety procedures. Risk assessments and method statements for the work you actually carry out. A training matrix with certificates to back it up. Evidence of competent health and safety advice. Accident reporting arrangements. Records of toolbox talks, site inspections and how you manage any subcontractors.
If you work in construction you will also need to show your arrangements under CDM 2015.
The exact list varies slightly by scheme and by the size and risk of your business. That is why off the shelf packs so often fail.
