Yes. Some schemes offer a fast track service where you pay extra to jump the assessment queue.

It is usually money well spent if a contract start date depends on it. But fast track only speeds up the assessor. It does nothing for a weak submission. If it gets referred back, you lose the time you paid to save.

So the trick is to pair it with a submission that passes first time.
