Pneumatic Press Fit System for Pins and Bolts

Press-fitting needs the right force, every time. A pneumatic press fit system for pins and bolts delivers it without the cost and complexity of a servo press.

Each setting device here is pneumatically driven, running on a 4 to 8 bar supply.

The PEB fixtured insertion system covers 50 to 600 N in its standard version and up to 10 kN in its enhanced version. The HPP handheld insertion system reaches up to 190 N for hand-guided work.

Force fit means the joined parts stay put.
