The HPP is a hand-guided, pneumatically driven setting unit. It presses automatically fed pins, bolts and clips into a bore or onto a component.
Maximum insertion force is 190 N, with 90 mm or 130 mm stroke versions. It weighs around 2 kg and runs on 4 to 8 bar.
Only low pressing force is needed from the operator, which keeps work fatigue-free even at short cycle rates and awkward joining points.
Options include press-in force monitoring, a bit lock stroke version, a swivel arm, and a linear support arm or balancer.
