Automatic Pin Insertion Machine

Pressing pins in by hand is slow, tiring and inconsistent. An automatic pin insertion machine feeds, places and presses every pin the same way.

The PEB fixtured insertion system feeds pins automatically and presses them in pneumatically, with adjustable insertion depth and optional force monitoring.

For manual workstations, the HPP handheld insertion system still feeds pins automatically, so the operator just positions and fires.

Fully automatic setting with feeding can reach start-to-start cycle times under 0.7 seconds.
