PEB Fixtured Insertion System

The PEB is a fixtured insertion system with automatic feeding. It sets pins, bolts and clips with contact pressure up to 10 kN.

The standard version covers 50 to 600 N with insertion strokes from 60 to 400 mm, at around 2.5 kg. The enhanced version reaches up to 10,000 N with strokes up to 300 mm, at around 15 kg.

It is pneumatically driven on 4 to 8 bar, with an integrated controller, integrated head stroke and swivel arm technology for short cycles.

Insertion depth is adjustable, press-in force monitoring is optional, and it is available for robot applications.
