High Force Press Fitting System up to 10 kN

Some joints need serious force to seat properly. A high force press fitting system up to 10 kN handles them without moving to a full hydraulic press.

The enhanced version of the PEB fixtured insertion system reaches up to 10,000 N with an insertion stroke up to 300 mm.

It runs pneumatically on 4 to 8 bar, with automatic feeding and an integrated controller.

Optional press-in force monitoring confirms each part was seated properly.
