Not every job needs a full automation cell. A handheld pin insertion tool with automatic feed keeps the flexibility of a manual station with the speed of fed parts.

The HPP handheld insertion system is hand-guided and pneumatically driven. Pins, bolts and clips are fed to it automatically and pressed into a bore or onto a component.

It weighs around 2 kg, with 90 mm or 130 mm stroke versions and adjustable insertion depth.

A swivel arm is available for shorter cycle times.
