Spring can manufacture your product in house using our own SM production facility. Capable of of working down to 0201 our placement machine will accurately make your circuit boards. We use a vapour phase oven to ensure a superior soldered connection with accurate adherence to the required soldering temperature profile. Use of vapour phase ensures that neither the board or components are over heated. We can provide visual inspection using our production inspection equipment and magnifiers, custom ATE or functional test as required by the customer.
