All PCBs are designed and laid out in Spring’s PCB CAD software to meet specific physical and functional requirements. We regularly design multilayer boards, surface mount layouts, double-sided PCBs and custom board shapes for new customers and product developments.
PCB designs can be used to generate DXF outputs for mechanical integration, including PCB mounting, enclosure fitting, modification or full enclosure design. Spring also uses CAM output data to configure surface mount placement machines, ensuring accurate and efficient assembly. Where required, we can source blank prototype PCBs and complete surface mount assembly with turnaround times of as little as 10 days.
