The VFR range offers three connection types: a lip with steel pin and movable safety device, a hinge fitting, and a bottom hook that locates into a guide rail. That gives you options to suit the trailer design and the customer's way of working.
Specifying good ramps adds value to the trailers you build. End users notice the quality of the loading system every day, long after they have stopped thinking about the rest of the spec. It reflects well on the build.
Guide rail is available in 2600mm lengths in black or galvanised steel. Combined with hook ramps, it gives end users a sliding ramp setup that suits mixed plant fleets.
Widths of 390mm and 520mm are available, and standard lengths are listed on the product pages. Where a build needs something different, other sizes can be made to order.
Hinged ramps are a natural partner for spring assistance. The springs help lift and lower the ramp, which makes handling easier and gives more control, particularly on longer or wider ramps.
Width is set by the number of aluminium profiles. Three profiles give a ramp 390mm wide, and four profiles give 520mm. The narrower ramp saves weight and space, while the wider ramp gives more room for tracks and tyres and more margin for the operator.
