Rubber tracked machines are everywhere now. Mini diggers, tracked dumpers and compact loaders all need moving between jobs, and a decent set of low loader ramps makes that quick and safe.
Our VFR ramps are designed for rubber tracked plant as well as tyred and steel tracked kit. The aluminium construction gives good support along the length of the ramp, so the track sits flat and the machine climbs steadily.
Rubber tracks are an investment. Ramp edges that are sharp, damaged or poorly supported can cut and tear them, and replacement tracks are not cheap. A good aluminium ramp gives a consistent surface and protects that investment every time the machine loads.
Rubber tracks are kinder to ramps than steel, which means a well looked after aluminium ramp will give years of service. It is weather resistant too, so leaving it on the trailer between jobs is not a problem.
Choose the width that suits your machines. A 390mm three profile ramp keeps weight down for smaller plant, while the 520mm four profile option gives more room for wider tracks. Fit with a lip, hinge or bottom hook depending on your trailer setup.
The range is designed for machines equipped with pneumatic tyres, solid wheels and rubber or steel tracks. That covers the vast majority of plant that travels on low loaders and flatbeds, from compact kit up to heavier machines.
If you are unsure which ramp fits, the simplest step is to get in touch with the details. Machine make and weight, track or tyre width, deck height and preferred fitting are usually all we need to recommend the right ramp.
