Mini excavators are some of the most moved machines in any fleet. They go out on a trailer in the morning and come back at night, sometimes visiting two or three jobs in between. Decent ramps save time at every stop.
Our aluminium low loader ramps are built for rubber and steel tracked machines, which covers the mini digger market. They are strong enough for the job and light enough to handle without fuss.
Many mini excavator owners tow their own trailers, so a lightweight ramp that one person can manage is a must. The aluminium construction gives that without sacrificing the strength needed for regular tracked loading.
For most minis, the 390mm three profile ramp gives enough width while keeping weight down. If you run a range of machines or want more margin for the operator, the 520mm four profile ramp is a sensible choice.
Secure the ramps with a lip, hinge or bottom hook fitting to suit your trailer. A hook and guide rail setup is handy where different sized minis use the same trailer, as the ramps can be slid to match each track gauge.
Low loaders and flatbeds vary a lot in deck height. That is why ramp length is never one size fits all. Measure your deck carefully and compare it against the standard sizes, or ask for a size to suit.
Aluminium ramps are easy to store. They can be carried on the trailer, hung on a wall or stacked in a yard without special care. Weather resistance means outdoor storage is not a problem.
