When the tracks are wide or the operator wants more margin, a four profile low loader ramp is the answer. At 520mm wide, it gives a generous running surface for bigger tyres and tracks.
The extra profile adds width without changing how the ramp works. It is still made from the same special aluminium construction, strong, durable and weather resistant, and it still connects with a lip, hinge or bottom hook.
The extra width also helps when machines have different track gauges. With a wider ramp there is more tolerance in where the track lands, which means less time adjusting ramp position and fewer corrections once the machine is moving.
Wider ramps make life easier for operators lining up a machine, especially in poor light or on uneven ground. There is less chance of a track running off the edge, which is one of the most common causes of loading incidents.
