RSC Training has announced its latest programme of IPAF and PASMA training courses for September, alongside several company updates including attendance at Vertikal Days, exhibiting at the Bromley Business Show and further promotion of its Emergency First Aid at Work training.
Courses continue to be available from RSC Training's Thamesmead and Soham training centres, with onsite training also available for businesses looking to arrange courses at their own premises.
September IPAF and PASMA Training Courses
RSC Training has a range of open courses scheduled throughout September, providing training for those working with mobile elevating work platforms and access equipment.
At Thamesmead, available courses include IPAF 3a/3b/1b Operator training, IPAF Harness training, an IPAF/PASMA Combined course and PASMA Towers for Users.
The Soham training centre will also host IPAF 3a/3b Operator and Harness training throughout the month, together with PASMA Towers for Users.
Customers who cannot find a suitable scheduled date can contact RSC Training to discuss their requirements, including the possibility of arranging a closed course or training at their own site. The company's online course calendar has also recently been updated to make finding current course availability easier.
RSC Training Exhibiting at Bromley Business Show 2026

RSC Training will be exhibiting at the Bromley Business Show 2026 on 30 September, where the team can be found on Stand 17.
The event is free to attend and provides an opportunity for local businesses to meet the RSC Training team and discuss workplace training requirements, available courses and onsite training options.
Visiting Vertikal Days at Newark Showground

September will also see RSC Training return to Vertikal Days, with members of the team attending on both 9 and 10 September at Newark Showground.
Vertikal Days brings together manufacturers, specialist suppliers, trainers and service providers from across the work-at-height and lifting sectors. The two-day event provides an opportunity to see new equipment and technology while meeting businesses and professionals from throughout the industry.
This year's event includes a wide range of exhibitors, including 25 suppliers attending for the first time.
New Sign Makes Soham Training Centre Easier to Find

RSC Training has also responded to feedback from delegates attending its Soham Training Centre by installing a new, more prominent sign alongside the entrance gate.
Working with colleagues at the Test & Research Centre, which owns the building, the new signage clearly identifies both organisations and is intended to make arrival easier for delegates attending courses at the venue. Updated joining instructions and maps are also provided before training.
Emergency First Aid at Work Training
RSC Training continues to offer its Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course for businesses requiring designated workplace first aiders.
The one-day, HSE-compliant course typically involves six to seven hours of training and provides participants with essential skills for responding to medical emergencies in lower-risk workplaces. The qualification remains valid for three years.
It is particularly suitable for designated and back-up first aiders, employees in offices, shops and hospitality environments, and smaller businesses where an appropriate level of emergency first aid provision is required.
Flexible Onsite Training for Businesses

Alongside courses at Thamesmead and Soham, RSC Training can deliver training at customer premises.
Where a business does not have the necessary equipment available onsite, RSC Training may also be able to bring suitable equipment with them. This can provide a more economical alternative to arranging separate equipment hire while allowing employees to complete training at their own workplace.
Keeping Up to Date with RSC Training
RSC Training's WhatsApp channel is also continuing to grow, providing another way for customers and delegates to keep up with company news and training information. The company is gradually developing an online course catalogue through WhatsApp, allowing users to browse available training through the platform.
Businesses looking to arrange IPAF, PASMA, First Aid or onsite workplace training can contact RSC Training on 0203 794 0798 or info@rsc-training.co.uk to discuss course availability and individual training requirements.
