What size can PRV waterjet cut?

PRV's Idroline S 1730 has an X axis of 3000mm, Y axis of 1700mm and a Z stroke of 350mm, on a 3700mm x 2050mm support plane. The B axis tilts to +/-60 degrees for bevel and 5 axis cutting.

A rotary axis also handles tubes from 42mm to 508mm diameter, up to 2570mm long and 400kg. Cut parts can move straight into machining, fabrication or finishing without leaving the site.

PRV Engineering has been machining, fabricating and finishing from Pontypool, South Wales since 1986. The 54,000 sq ft facility runs 30 CNC machining centres, 10 deep hole drilling machines, a 5 axis waterjet, a full fabrication shop and in-house finishing and plating. Work is controlled to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, with BS EN 1090 EXC3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 alongside.
