What does One Answer, Many Solutions mean?

It's PRV's way of describing its one stop shop model. Machining, waterjet cutting, deep hole drilling, toolmaking, fabrication, painting, powder coating, plating, installation and maintenance all happen in-house.

For the buyer, that means one supplier to deal with and one purchase order to raise, even on a part that needs five or six different processes. No chasing multiple subcontractors, no parts lost in transit between them and no finger pointing if something goes wrong.

PRV Engineering has been machining, fabricating and finishing from Pontypool, South Wales since 1986. The 54,000 sq ft facility runs 30 CNC machining centres, 10 deep hole drilling machines, a 5 axis waterjet, a full fabrication shop and in-house finishing and plating. Work is controlled to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, with BS EN 1090 EXC3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 alongside.
