What busbars does PRV manufacture?

PRV makes busbars, conductors, copper contacts and connections for low, medium, high and extra high voltage plant. That includes flat and bridged busbars, laminated busbars with consolidated soldered ends, braids, HV breaker contacts and clusters, and forged and cast connections.

Material is C101 electrical grade copper or 6101 T6 electrical grade aluminium. Bars can be silver or tin plated in-house, coated with specialist insulative or conductive finishes and heat shrink sleeved, ready to fit.

As a true one stop shop, PRV keeps every major process under one roof. A part can be cut, machined, drilled, welded, plated and painted without leaving the site. That means shorter lead times, fewer handovers and one team accountable for the result, backed by a zero tolerance policy on rejects.
