Does PRV offer site installation and maintenance?

Yes. PRV installs and maintains both its own equipment and third party plant. That covers mechanical installation of large plant along with the transport, handling, lifting and welding to get it in and running.

Because the site team are engineers and fabricators, problems found on site are solved on site rather than waiting on someone else. Replacement parts can be machined or fabricated back at Pontypool, which keeps outages short.

PRV supplies defence, switchgear, rail, automotive, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food processing, aerospace, actuation, power generation, mechanical handling and valve customers. Batch size runs from a single prototype to full production, in materials from mild steel to titanium and nickel alloys.
