Do you handle one-off parts or just production runs?

Both. PRV caters for one-offs, rapid prototypes, pre-production batches and full volume production.

One-offs often go on conventional plant where that's quicker than writing a CNC programme. Repeat work goes on bar fed lathes and pallet change machining centres to keep the cost per part down. Either way, every job gets the same inspection and the same attention.

PRV Engineering has been machining, fabricating and finishing from Pontypool, South Wales since 1986. The 54,000 sq ft facility runs 30 CNC machining centres, 10 deep hole drilling machines, a 5 axis waterjet, a full fabrication shop and in-house finishing and plating. Work is controlled to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, with BS EN 1090 EXC3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 alongside.
