Fabrication is certified to BS EN 1090 EXC3, and work can be machined, shot blasted, painted or powder coated in-house before it leaves Pontypool. That keeps quality under one roof and takes the risk out of passing parts between suppliers.
Steel fabrication is only as good as its welding procedures and quality control. BS EN 1090 certification shows a fabricator has proven systems for welding, traceability and factory production control. For anything structural or safety critical, insist on it. PRV holds BS EN 1090 at EXC3, the execution class for demanding work.
