Spiral staircases save floor space while adding a feature. PRV fabricates steel spiral stairs for internal and external use. PRV Engineering has been trading from Pontypool, South Wales since 1986 and now runs a well equipped 54,000 sq ft facility.
Architectural steelwork has to look right as well as perform. Clean welds, tidy details and a quality painted or powder coated finish from the in-house finishing department mean the steel is ready to be seen, not hidden.

Whether you need a single prototype or thousands of repeat parts, the work is planned to suit. Mild steel, stainless, aluminium, copper, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy and titanium are all machined regularly, and a stocking service lets customers cut their own inventory and call off as needed.
Getting started is straightforward. Share your drawing or sample, tell the team your quantities and deadline, and PRV will come back with a quote and any suggestions to save cost. From there the work is managed in-house through to final inspection and delivery.

Machining, waterjet cutting, deep hole drilling, fabrication, painting, powder coating, plating, installation and maintenance all sit under one roof, so customers deal with one company and raise one purchase order. Quality is controlled to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, BS EN 1090 EXC3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
