Architectural steelwork has to look right as well as perform. PRV fabricates balustrades, Juliet balconies, spiral and straight staircases, verandas, canopies, doors and decorative features in mild and stainless steel. Clean welds, tidy details and a quality painted or powder coated finish from the in-house finishing department mean the steel is ready to be seen, not hidden.
Architectural steel is on show, so finish quality matters as much as strength. Ground welds, crisp edges and a quality coating separate good work from bad. Construction projects need fabricators who deliver on time, hold the right accreditations and can work safely on site. PRV supports main contractors and developers with certified steelwork and installation.
Materials range from everyday mild steels through to stainless, aluminium, copper and exotics such as Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy and titanium. PRV caters for one-offs, rapid prototypes and large batch production, and can hold stock for customers to call off in line with Kanban, VMI, consignment and JIT arrangements.
Every order follows a controlled route. Drawings are reviewed, materials are sourced with certification, work is planned across the shop floor and parts are inspected before dispatch. Customers get one contact who knows the job from quote to delivery.
Quality sits at the top of the agenda, with a zero tolerance policy on rejects. Work is completed under BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN 1090 EXC3, and PRV also holds ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. With every major process in-house, problems are caught early and fixed fast.
