A long term customer specialising in the manufacture of components for the aerospace, science, medical and defence industry has made another significant investment with Weldlogic Europe, in total five fully automatic AWS 210 welding systems have been designed manufactured and delivered to site this year. The relationship between both companies has been built up over many years and the company’s decision to invest in the latest equipment from Weldlogic Europe Ltd has been down to the reliability of Weldlogic equipment over many years and its ability to offer technical support when needed with exceptional on-site service support and calibration. With such critical components being manufactured, downtime from a machine fault has to be kept to an absolute minimum and typically Weldlogic Europe Ltd have managed a next day service visit from report of fault. Understanding the customers’ needs and the ability to react quickly to any given situation is why the customer has continued its relationship with Weldlogic Europe Ltd.
