High Integrity Pressure Vessel welding stations

Existing customer Icam Engineering has taken delivery of two fully automatic AWS computer-controlled welding stations, for the welding of high integrity pressure vessels used within the semiconductor and aerospace sector.

Both machines are in enhancements to the current Weldlogic machines already in production.

The machines comprising AWS 400-amp computer-controlled power supplies, arc distance control , wire feed, and PWL 36 precision welding lathe were needed to keep up with the ever-increasing demands on production.
