The SBM25 automatically feeds and sets blind rivet nuts and bolts with round or hexagonal shanks.
It handles rivet nuts from M4 to M10 and bolts from M5 to M8, with setting force up to 25 kN in continuous operation. Cycle times start from 5 seconds.
Laser pre-alignment lines up hex fasteners, and defective parts are removed automatically. A motor encoder plus displacement and force sensors monitor every cycle.
It works in any orientation, suits fixtured or robotic use, and the mechanical system is rated for more than 7 million cycles.
