ZEL480 Step Feeder for Large Screws

The ZEL480 is a robust feeder for large-format screws, nuts and pins, aimed at OEMs and system integrators.

It handles screws from M6 to M16 with shank lengths up to 160 mm, nuts up to M16 and pins up to 24 mm diameter.

It holds around 25 litres, roughly 100 kg of parts, and feeds up to 30 parts per minute. Filling height is around 920 mm.

Options include a steep hopper, an air brake for long feed distances and a TPP version for pick and place.
