ZEL Step Feeder

The ZEL step feeder is the basis for technical cleanliness when feeding and separating screws, nuts, bolts and pins.

Three sizes cover the range. The ZEL240 takes M2 to M6 screws with shanks up to 42 mm. The ZEL360 takes M4 to M12 up to 73 mm. The ZEL480 takes M6 to M16 up to 160 mm.

Cycle times go down to 0.8 seconds. A low-vibration outlet rail suits coated and sensitive parts, and integrated sensors keep the process reliable.

Options include a sound enclosure cover, belt hopper, dirt brake and Pick and Place escapement.
