ZEB Bowl Feeder

The ZEB bowl feeder sorts, buffers and transports very small screws and parts. It is also a robust system for difficult environments.

Three sizes cover M1 to M14 screws. The ZEB120 handles tiny M1 to M2 screws, the ZEB240 covers M2 to M6, and the ZEB360 covers M4 to M14.

Abrasion-resistant surfaces and a special coating protect the parts and reduce noise. Cycle times go down to 0.8 seconds.

It also handles nuts, pins, washers, caps and special elements, with optional level sensors and presence control.
