Step Feeder for Screws and Fasteners

A step feeder lifts fasteners up a staircase of moving plates, sorting and separating as it goes. It is quieter and gentler than shaking parts in a bowl.

The ZEL step feeder comes in three sizes. The ZEL240 suits M2 to M6 screws, the ZEL360 takes M4 to M12, and the ZEL480 handles M6 to M16 with shanks up to 160 mm.

Cycle times go down to 0.8 seconds, with integrated sensors for process reliability.

A low-vibration outlet rail makes it suited to coated and sensitive parts.
