Screw Feeder Refill Hopper

Stopping to refill a feeder is lost time. A screw feeder refill hopper holds a bulk store above the feeder and tops it up automatically.

The BB refill hopper comes in 4, 8 and 18 litre sizes, holding up to 45 kg of screws, nuts or pins.

Discharge is infinitely variable, and the 24V drive can be controlled directly by PLC.

A storage hopper can offer up to 10 times the capacity of the feeder unit, so operators refill far less often.
