Pins and bolts need the same care as screws. A pin and bolt feeding system for automated assembly gets them to the press-fit or setting unit the right way round, every time.

The ZEL step feeder feeds pins up to 8 mm diameter on the ZEL240, 14 mm on the ZEL360 and 24 mm on the ZEL480, with lengths up to 160 mm.

The ZEB bowl feeder handles pins up to 16 mm diameter and 80 mm long.

Feed speed reaches up to 10 m/s through the hose.
