Automatic Nut Feeding System

Nuts tumble, stack and jam. An automatic nut feeding system needs to sort them correctly and keep them flat on the way to the tool.

The ZEL step feeder feeds nuts up to M8 on the ZEL240, up to M10 on the ZEL360 and up to M16 on the ZEL480.

For the journey to the tool, profile feed tubes are shaped to the outer profile of the nut so it cannot flip or jam.

Small nuts up to M10 also run through the ZEB bowl feeder.
