About Us
W&P Compliance Centre provides Health and Social Care Policies for both start up and established organisations that work within the social care industry including, Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and Nursing Homes.
W&P is a family-run business based in Weymouth, Dorset. Since 2001, they’ve been helping health and social care providers across the UK meet important standards, especially those set by regulators like the CQC in England, and the Care Inspectorates in Wales and Scotland.
W&P offers practical tools and expert advice to care providers. Their services fall into three main areas:

They provide ready-made, editable policy templates for different care settings—like supported living, domiciliary care, care homes, and non-registered services. These are regularly updated to reflect the latest laws and inspection frameworks. -
Compliance & Business Support
Their experienced consultants (including former inspectors and care managers) help providers get CQC-ready, carry out internal audits, run mock inspections, and offer tailored advice to improve quality and meet regulations. -
Training
W&P offers online, tutor-led courses, in-house sessions, webinars, and ‘train the trainer’ options. Topics include safeguarding, dementia care, mental health, medication, and much more. Their training is flexible and designed to fit around busy care teams.
