Your tasks
• Implementing and following the company’s
strategies, values, and decisions within the
territory
• Identifying sales leads and converting them to
sustainable sales
• Initiating and improving customer relations via
customer interaction, with a special emphasis on
visits to active and potential customers
• Providing customers with technical expertise
• Driving activities (e.g. marketing, promotion,
claim handling, etc.) targeting customers
• Teaming up with the Application function,
Business Engineers and/or Customer Support to
finalize customer orders
• Providing customer feedback and information to
the company that contributes to the company’s
development (e.g. business opportunities,
legislation, competition, product development)
• Developing sales and profitability for HUB
customers within the territory
• Reporting weekly and monthly, and carrying out a
bi-annual business review, in accordance with
guidelines from the HUB Manager
• Forecasting upon request and in accordance with
guidelines from the HUB Manager; developing an
annual sales budget
