Oven Temperature: 170°C Time: 17-20 minutes LIST OF INGREDIENTS 1 Jar Cypressa Greek Halkidiki Pitted Green Olives with garlic, red pepper & herbs ½ teaspoon ground roasted cumin ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder 2 tablespoons Cypressa Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice METHOD Drain the olives from the brine in the jar. Discard the brine solution. Mix all the ingredients together except for the 1 extra tablespoon to a uniform mix. Transfer to a small baking tray and bake the spicy olives for 17 to 20 minutes. Mix the hot olives with the additional 1 tablespoon of Cypressa Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus 1 tablespoon and serve as part of a meze. Recipe by Gurdip Aleksani-Ghalousti
