Mediterranean homemade pizza with artichoke hearts You can find the Artichokes here LIST OF INGREDIENTS Ready made pizza base 1 can of Tomato puree Mozzarella Cypressa pitted black spanish olives Anchiovies Cypressa Artichoke hearts Cypressa Capers Cypressa sun dried tomatoes 1 egg Pepper to taste Oregano Italian seasoning METHOD Roll dough flat on top of the paper it comes with and place on a baking tray Base the dough with tomato puree covering all of it Add the toppings Crack an egg in the middle Season with oregano & italian seasoning Put in the oven for 15-20 mins Recipe by Steph Habeshis
