LIST OF INGREDIENTS
350g cous cous
1 stock cube
400ml boiling water
2 tbsp butter
125g almonds
3 tsp Ras el hanout
3 tsp ground cinnamon
125g dried dates (finely sliced)
140g dried apricots (finely sliced)
METHOD
1. Dissolve the stock cube into the boiling water and pour over the cous cous in a large bowl.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the almonds for 2 minutes until they start to brown.
3. Add the cinnamon, Ras el hanout, dates and apricots and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Stir the fruits and nuts through the cous cous and serve immediately.
