METHOD
Cut the Halloumi block into 5mm thick slices
Marinate in the extra virgin olive oil, black pepper & the juice of half the lemon for 1 hour (or however long you can spare).
Fry the slices in a pan on medium to high heat, turning occasionally until golden brown each side.
Serve straight way with the remaining lemon juice squeezed over the slices
Perfect as par of a meze selection with falafel, houmous, salad and pitta bread.

1 x Cypressa Halloumi Block
Juice of 1 Lemon
3 Tbsp Cypressa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black Pepper to Taste
